Fifth Sunday Worship Service
Praise the Lord Saints.

We miss your beautiful faces and your fellowship. We pray that all is well and everyone is doing their part in fighting the Corona Virus. Please use social distancing and staying in as much as possible.

We thank the men who stepped up to bless us in song on this 5th Sunday. We are using every precaution with singing since it is one of the most volatile of potential virus transmittal sources.

Please be advised that new reopening guidelines have been instituted by the state and the same has been adopted by county and city governments. There may be some variations depending on the status of the virus in different communities.
Friendship Missionary Baptist Church is working diligently to set up procedures and protocols to safely usher us into a reopening that will be successful.  Although places of  worship has been deemed essential by some who intend to release or lighten the requirements for churches, we must use every precaution to cast a safety net around our congregation at large.
We must use wisdom and be careful to not subject our members to undue and unnecessary exposure.

Again, we thank each of you for your prayers and phone calls. Friendship, you have been exceptional in your giving during this most unfortunate time and your faithfulness is commendable and appreciated. Your gifts have been instrumental in keeping our services active.

Online giving has been launced and is in use by many members. Go to the link below to access our online giving platform.

Giving via text can be made by texting “Give” to the following number: (909) 403-7793.
You will receive a text in response with the necessary link to complete your giving transaction.

Until further notice, we must continue to do our part in fighting this most dangerous pandemic. We will not meet in the sanctuary until we are certain that it is safe for all. As we stand upon our faith, believing that our God is our protector and deliverer, we are wisely protecting one another by avoiding excessive contact and potential exposure to the Corona Virus. Please keep those in prayer who are loosely interpreting the Bible to continue to congregate in masses despite the abject warning of danger from the health professionals.

Again, for those who are able and wish to contribute your gifts of tithes and offerings, you are welcome to mail them in to the church (please mail in plain secure envelope) or bring them by the church between the hours of 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM Sundays or Saturdays.  If you need someone to pick up your gift, it can be arranged by leaving a message on the church’s voice mail.  Please share this with other members in your circle who may or may not have email addresses.
If you opt to bring your gift to the church, you will not have to leave your vehicle. Call the church number and someone will meet you at your vehicle.

Please be assured that we are striving to communicate with everyone.   Let us continue to be vigilant in prayer for one another and for those suffering around us. Let us continue to Give God The Glory.
Sincerely,
Pastor Thomas
